It is a way of building a business where every layer — the story, the product, the technology, the team, the marketing — points at the same feeling in the customer’s mind. Most brands get two or three of those right and wonder why growth stalls. IBE is the framework we use to find which layer is leaking.
No. Most clients start with one — usually branding or technology — and add the others when the first one proves out. What we will not do is sell you a logo when your real problem is that nobody can find you.
A brand identity runs six to ten weeks. A website or app is eight to sixteen weeks depending on scope. Marketing is ongoing by nature. We give you a dated plan before you commit, not after.
Yes. We work with clients across Southeast Asia, Australia, the Gulf and China, and a good part of our team is already remote. Time zones are a scheduling problem, not a capability problem.

You do. Files, source code, accounts and assets transfer to you on final payment. No licence fees, no hostage hosting.
Often that is the better outcome. We can lead, support, or train — the Extended CTO and CMO engagements exist precisely for teams that need senior direction without a senior hire.
Then we leave it alone. A brand audit will tell you honestly whether the identity is the problem. Frequently it is not, and the money is better spent elsewhere.
Still unanswered? Ask us directly — we would rather have the conversation than leave you guessing.
